Irwin Technical College is always looking to improve the environment and learning atmosphere for apprentices. We are always interested in finding new projects to stimulate those that are studying engineering and machine control programming, which is actually a form of robotics. We also like to simplify and be more flexible with our grading system. Some students seem to fly through the courses and it can be a challenge for us to keep up with them. At times our instructors find themselves learning more from the students than the students learn from the instructors and that is encouraging.

Our desire is to train each apprentice to reach his full potential while skillfully designing innovative and efficient machinery. We will strive to achieve production excellence. Combining those values with Christian principles will learn to serve our future customers as our ultimate goal.
